The InteliFab Management Team utilizes advanced design software and experience in manufacturing, automation, robotics, and standard site construction to produce building components that improve efficiency to solve issues that Framers, General Contractors, and Developers face in today’s market.

In addition, the InteliFab Team has significant experience in high volume international window and door manufacturing and supply as well as modular construction.

InteliFab, LLC is owned by Integrated Buildings Solutions, LLC and Spruce Street Ventures, LLC, two companies composed of members with a combined experience of over 150 years in the construction and construction supply industry. Integrated Building Solutions, LLC began producing panelized wall systems in 2005, and InteliFab, LLC was created with the intent of moving Intelligent Prefabricated Building Systems to the next level.

Michelle Shepherd

Human Resources
Manager

Michelle Shepherd joined InteliFab’s leadership team in 2022 and serves as the Human Resources Manager. Michelle has been in human resources for 35 years with over 10 years in human resource management. She has worked in education, gaming, manufacturing, and healthcare as a HR professional. Michelle handles all aspects of human resources, bookkeeping (AP/AR), safety, and administrative support to all employees.

In her spare time, she volunteers and serves as secretary of Bonanza Lions Club (since 2018).

Bobby Mick

Production Manager

Bobby manages day-to-day operations of the production process and quality. Since 2004, he has been involved in almost every aspect of the business. He has supervised panel production, site installation, worked with customers, done estimating and produced shop drawings for wall panel and modular projects. Bobby holds a B.S. in Education from College of Idaho.

When not at work, Bobby enjoys spending time with his family, hunting and coaching softball at Oregon Tech.

Doug Jackson

General Manager

Doug has spent his career in construction management, equipment development and production. 33 years creating processes and production facilities that are innovative and unique. Doug holds an AS degree in Structural Engineering and a BS degree in Civil Engineering from Oregon Institute of Technology

Roger Kowash

Vice President
Director of Engineering

Roger entered the prefab construction industry with John in 2005.  Prior to that, he spent 10 years designing, building and installing custom manufacturing and automated assembly equipment for some of the most technologically advanced fields, including aerospace, computer processors, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, automotive, plus many others.  Roger holds a BS degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the Oregon Institute of Technology.  In his spare time, he enjoys restoration of cars, remodeling houses, and outdoor activities.

John Mick

President

John entered the prefab construction industry in 2005, after 8 years in high volume consumer products manufacturing.  His roles allowed him to be hands-on in all areas of production, manufacturing, administration, purchasing, and management.  John received his BS degree in Industrial Engineering from the Oregon Institute of Technology, and his MBA from the HAAS School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.  His after work passion is baseball and traveling.
