His duties include managing the day to day operation of the manufacturing process as well as quality control procedures. Thomas graduated from Oregon Tech where he studied mechanical engineering. His professional experience includes owning a drafting business where he created structural and architectural documents. He also worked as a group manager in a production plant. Thomas enjoys coaching and when he is not at work, he spends his time coaching high school baseball and basketball.
