His role includes supervision of factory employees, on-site supervision when needed, as well as designing and fabrication of new equipment for the manufacturing line, maintaining tools and equipment. Sash is an Army Veteran and has over 20 years experience in construction, fabrication and manufacturing while specializing in the HVAC industry. Sash has been in sales, installation and management. He has had several years of working onsite doing residential, industrial, and commercial projects. One of his most recent projects was assisting in the fabrication of a second wall line to increase our production capacity. Sash is a husband and a father to 5 children. When he is not working, his favorite past-times are traveling, camping, and riding on the sand dunes.
